John is a true professional and is exceptional in the knowledge and workmanship dealing with Mini Carpet types. I would definitely hire him again because I am completely satisfied with his work. I recommend him highly to anyone that has any carpet cleaning needs
The owner John Talley was wonderful to work with. He cleaned our company office that had 20year old carepts that had never been cleaned. He's very knowledgeable about the work he does & our carpets look and smell amazing!!
John was fast, thorough and communicative. I hired him to come in and clean the carpets after I had another company come to clean them and he actually cleaned them! You won’t be disappointed in his work!
John was asked to clean carpets in 2 rooms and a Chinese rug. I asked if he could work on a juice stain on the rug. He said he didn't do that. He told me I would have to pay $600 and take it to a rug person that could do that. I found it odd to have that comment come from a carpet cleaning service that was right there in my home. He cleaned all my carpets so quickly that I feel he didn't spend enough time and give enough attention to my carpets. Sadly, I would not hire this company again.
Great service more than fair price. I will definitely use them again.
