We have had our carpeting and some upholstery cleaned by this company for several years now. They are excellent at communicating the schedule/pricing, and they show up on time. Friendly, courteous professional, and they do a great job. Highly recommend!
Ben did a great job with cleaning our carpets! He was thorough and protected our other flooring and corners to prevent any damage to the wooden stairwell posts. The website is completely accurate when they say they care about their customers! I would highly recommend them! Well done, Good Guys!

Extremely honest and professional. We scheduled the Good Guys to clean our vents after purchasing a home. Ben and one other employee came out, inspected the vents, and (to our surprise) told us the previous owners must have recently done a vent cleaning. They said they couldn't in good conscience charge us -- they could have just as easily done the bare minimum, showed us clean vents, and charged the full amount. Called 3 different time. They actually called me back the last time, but the guy on the phone seemed nice with good mannerism so I went with them just for them not to show up?! never again. I should have known by not answering in a timely manner
