5 stars! Knocked it out of the park! I was ready to pull the carpet all out and replace it. Within three hours and a very, very reasonable price, the professionals at Premier Carpet Care made our rooms look like they had new carpet laid down. Well done, highly recommend their services.
We’ve had them out a couple of times now. They are always polite, courteous and respectful. Their work ethic and attention to details was very much appreciated. No need to call anyone else, Thank You Jason and Nathan for a job well done!
It is unfair that I cannot give "zero" stars. I cannot believe what I am reading!! did anybody looked at yelp? they cannot even get one star. in BBB they have an F. They "lured" my elderly mother and new widow into a $1K contract for future services. When we tried to cancel the agreement, the woman answering the phone hang up on us and got smart enough not to longer answer. FYI, I started a dispute process with our financial institution, next I will escalate to BBB, and I will close in Court for elderly abuse. I am honestly ... read more
