I managed to break the jockey wheel clamp handle whilst preparing the caravan to go away for the weekend. Randomly called Premier for help. Faultless response, Mark met us on the roadside, fixed the problem in no time and got us back on the road. Very reasonable cost and what a nice man too! I didn't know about Premier, but will now move all my caravan maintenance to them. Great service

Very good service carried out by friendly, experienced and professional fitter. We had extensive damp in our motorhome above the crew cab, a trip to Premier Caravans and Motorhome repairs for a quote soon reassured me that they were very experienced and capable. They managed to get us booked in within days and kept us updated with photo's and text messages. Can't recommend Mark enough. We discovered a huge damp problem in the front of our old but new to us caravan. After seeing all the good reviews on Google, I phoned Mark and I'm so pleased I did. He came out, had a look at what needed repairing (we'd stripped the front down to the shell, so it needed to be rebuilt) and gave us a very reasonable quote (other people had given us vastly different quotes from photos but Mark was the only person that took the time to have a look in person).
