Quality has declined here quite a bit. My seats didn't get vacuumed well. There was still hair and dust on them, front and back seats. They don't vacuum the floor very well either. Also were hard water spots all over my car still. It's been like this the last three times I've been. Worst of all they put a deep scratch in my leather handbrake boot.
