First time using this car service. Fiasco from the start . Lost my credit card #, 45 min late for pick up to airport(so had to rebook flight), was emailed that we would receive a partial refund, instead was charged this amt. Texted them, no reply, called, went to voicemail. Texted a week later, and finally they replied, apologized and said they were only now processing credit, and now again, one week later- no refund. The worst experience ever. Driver over slept. Missed our flight. Was offered a 30$ discount on our fair but charged m our visa twice. Try and get a hold of anyone there. Good luck. Never again.

Our trip from Halifax airport to downtown was perfect; the driver was early, met us in the arrivals hall and waited patiently for us to get our bags, was very informative and drove courteously. On the trip from downtown back to the airport, the drive was polite and courteous however, on very rainy roads with limited visibility, doing 134 kms/hr in a 110 zone was unacceptable. I should have spoken up but didn’t so that’s on me.
