I recently purchased a 2009 Volvo C30 ( with less than 26k miles). The cd player did not work. I was very worried ( since this was gift for my wife) I visited the store and met Matt and Lisa….. they were able to install the replacement CD unit (which I had already purchased) from a outstate Volvo dealer, and I am very impressed at the service provided by Premier Car Audio ( fast, professional, very customer friendly) I highly recommend this company
I HIGHLY recommend this business, not only do the sell top of the line amazing products but they install them in a very timely manner. On top of all that great news they are SO NICE!! They will work with you to figure out what is the best products for your car and needs! If I could rate 10 stars they would get that!!
They did a fantastic job installing my wife’s car stereo and rear view camera. They fixed an issue we had with no complaints or pushback. When we had an issue they resolved it and made it right. I really appreciated their customer service. I felt I could trust them. I will go back if and when I need car audio installs.
What an amazing place. Their waiting area is kid friendly (with toys, games, books, puzzles for a whole range of ages), comfortable and even has water and coffee option for the customers. The service hands-down was the best in the area. My older car had soaked in the rain with a window open and my radio quit after that incident. These guys were able to troubleshoot the problem, offer solutions, find the parts necessary to get the radio functioning again, and scheduled repair in a very timely manner.
