I hired Ken & Premier Builders to complete a major renovation in my home. After I was assured of having NO sub flooring issues by Premier, I agreed to a new tile install in my kitchen, 1/2 bath & laundry area. After just 5 months, the tile and grout began cracking. Now almost 2 years later, it continues with little to no remediation from Premier. Now they are telling me, it must be a sub flooring issue. I would not recommend this builder.
