Would be closer to 5 star if they did the drywall professionally. There isn't one wall or ceiling in the house without a spackling/ sheetrock without large flaws. Even have holes in the sheetrock around doors that are still visible even with the woodwork around the door. Location of light switches for bathroom hidden inside the bath door. To use it, you had to enter bath and CLOSE the door to reach the switches. REFUSED TO CHANGE IT. We told them 2 interior doors would be barn style but the smoke detectors were in the way. DO NOT buy from this builder! You will regret for the rest of your life. Absolute hacks! They should be in jail! List of things wrong with house I bought is too long to put on a review. Would put negative 10 stars but not an option. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET!!!
We were greeted warm and treated with respect,the person we wanted to meet with called in sick but another trustworthy employee named Rich more then compensated for his absence our experience was worthwhile fun and productive ..We look forward to our house being offline Feb 15th waiting patiently since May 2019 my husband and I built out beautiful Home in 2015 we are so happy and pleased with our builder George Lampron and Premier Builders for constructing our wonderful 🏡
Never came back to fix my floor
