Very bad experience with this dealer. I purchased a 2022 car from them ,at the day of receiving the car I noticed the rear tire not in good condition, the sale person told the mechanic is not there on Saturday before the labor day and he gave me a copy of safety certificate wich show the rear tire have a thread of 5mm and the front tire have 7 mm. None of the 4 tire has the right thread, The rear one at the best I can read 3mm Which that means I need new tire soon. And the front from 5mm to 6mm the most. For me its a cheatin... read more
Went in with a simple question about a service bulletin on a Chevrolet Volt I just bought. Service advisor shuffled papers for 15 mins before acknowledging me. After answering my question I asked about the cost of a transmission oil change. Told me it would be between $399 and $1000 depending on what fluids needed changing. Note to self, don’t buy my next car there.
We had great experience with Premier Cadillac for our first EV. Everything went so smoothly from the first visit to the day we pickup our car. Bozena and Shane took care of everything to make sure we are 100% satisfied. They even tried their best and got a particular license plate that we requested.
