Service center found metal in the oil of my 2025 cadillac, 1 month after i brought my car for its first oil change (done at premier), check engine light kept popping up, brought my car in 5 times in the course of 2 weeks, every-time they call me to tell me they cleared the code and the car is ready for pick up. This 1 star rating is still too generous !! I bought a stated "certified" used 2018 Cadillac ATS on May 22, 2025 (with only 44,000 kms) which included an AutoCanada Certified vehicle 3 month or 3,000 km warranty. Supposedly it also had a "99 Point Inspection" done prior to my pick up. Within the first couple of weeks, about 1,000 kms, I noticed significant oil on my garage floor coming from the rear differential.
