Alena is the best!! She’s always super thorough and does a great job. On top of that, her friendliness and amazing personality makes any wax experience a comfortable one. Highly recommend!

I just want to say thank you to Alena. Not for waxing me but for telling me to NOT get waxed. See I’m about to go on vacation and thought I’d give waxing another try, since I broke out in small red bumps 15 years ago. She immediately called and explained what happened and how she has a regiment that I must follow and I knew I wouldn’t be able to do it all in time for my vacation. Always a great experience and love the new location, very thorough and a blast to converse with during the visit. Very alphabet mafia friendly as well, haven't seen a flag there yet but the experience is what counts
