Just wanted to send a message and let you know about an amazing employee you have. Last night, (01/18/26), I took my 3 kids to the Southwest Ranches Fair. My 7-year-old was terrified of the rides but really wanted to try the King Tut ride you had there. Brian helped us out by booking the bounce house emerald castle and slide! He was looking for our best interest and so happy we got the slide. It truly paid off. They even did a early drop off for no charge ! My son was so happy. The men who dropped off and picked off were so polite, quick, and professional. It was affordable, quick, and easy. I definitely recommend them! They make planning a child’s birthday party so simple & easy!
We’ve rented from premier bounce house and slide for several years now and they have always been great. The drop off and pick up has always gone smoothly as well as the booking process. 10/10 we would recommend using them.
This is my second year renting a water slide from Premier Bounce. I can't say enough about their service. They allowed us to have the slide for more time and the communication was excellent. I recommend this place without out a doubt.
