Nothing is worse than someone, especially the owner of the company, promising something to you as a customer, and then not following thru with it !! I made reservations for this past Saturday July 2 to enjoy a boat and to take the family tubing for the day, the owner, after seeing reservations made in person, offered to include a tube and life jackets but upon delivery of the boat we were told we were not allowed to tube and/or ski behind the boat!! Excellent rental company! We just took a boat out and had an awesome day, much in thanks to Doug and his team. They seem to take great care of their customers and we look forward to taking the boat out again in a few weeks!

What a great family day on the lake. We went during the week and had the lake all to ourselves. Doug is a great Guy and really cares about his customers. He has the best boats in Lake Norman.
Thanks Doug, for taking such great care of us. It was so relaxing and so much fun. What a great place for an an office meeting LOL. We loved it, and we'll be back!
