I still recommend this birth center, even though I was eventually transferred to a hospital. There are still some nice staff members whom I really liked. Just be aware of a few nurses who seem more interested in your husband and your car than in you - while you are in pain, in labor, struggling, and trying to understand what to do next. had such a great experience at premier. the staff is organized and the three midwives are all incredible. i had sharon and my birth and couldn't have been more thrilled. she is kind, caring and knowledgeable. when an unexpected emergency and hospital transfer took place she jumped into action quickly and kept the room calm all at the same time. beyond grateful for her expertise and kindness.
I cannot get anyone on the phone to answer insurance questions and they will not return my calls.
Highly highly recommend this center! Everyone is super friendly and take the time to know you and listen to any concerns you may have. They supported any decisions I made for my baby and answered all of my questions that I had. The birth was super relaxing! We had the beach room and it was super clean and cozy to birth in. I am truly grateful for the prenatal care, birth care, and postpartum care of the midwives and staff at Premier. Their flexibility, willingness to listen, and attention to detail made the experience of the birth of my second child a beautiful one. The birth center is a family-centered organization, with snacks, waters, a playroom, and plenty of care and attention into all of the products.
