I was previously a patient when Dr Jay Stone was there but he has moved on. He notified me of his move but BD hasn't. I had an appointment and they never let me know that I wouldn't be seeing my usual dentist and on the multiple calls to get me to reschedule they have yet to mention it. They are also shady with billing and refunds. I have had to call and request a refund multiple times to get my money, totaling over $1000 back. Excellent visit with the new dentist who now owns the Premier Birmingham Dentistry and his hygienist Elizabeth, I would highly recommend.
This dentist is amazing my daughter was so scared and in a lot of pain I went several other places and they fixed her tooth when the rest told me it had to be pulled it was barley there now you can barely tell it wasn't with her temporary crown healthy and not in too much pain anymore .. thank you. 🙏 Plus it's super clean and super friendly they even played Taylor Swift for her and she got earrings from the older kid prize bin!!
