Posting another review... I remember I had Mike come out to quote our project, and we sat on that quote for one year. That year, our basement flooded at least four times; we had ~8" of water each time. The amount of lost pay from pumping the water out and drying the basement, I could have paid for two systems. Pull the trigger if your basement is flooding, perhaps only once a year. If you have to, take a loan, and have Mike's team install a sump pump system. Nothing but positives for Nate and the crew from Premier Basement that came out today. 90 degree heat and they never slowed down. We have 6 dogs and they weren't even phased when they went for a meet and greet (sorry about that!) - just polite, great attitudes and quality work. The job was big with two different locations to deal with in our basement - an entire perimeter with deep concrete needed to be dug out and another under stair install of a sump. company installed encapsulation and seems have let go, put the sump in the wrong place and also places discharge line in middle of yard so when it does pump it eroded the lawn and left a big hole. also called to get recommendation to move sump and owner was very rude.
I was having basement flooding issues. I had Premier look at the basement and provide a quote. I voiced my concern about getting a pump installed quickly. I was quoted on a Tuesday and the pump was installed on Saturday. Thank you to Logan and Kristal for settling my nerves anytime it rains! My basment has stayed dry and I couldn't be happier with my choice to go with Premier.
