EDIT TO REPLY: So, to be clear, I don't know what the technician wrote in his private notes (since they have not emailed me and now clearly have no intention of doing so), but I was never given any timeline for a quote, and he specifically said he thought it could be something they might be able to do as soon as Friday. Also, the man was at my home for all of 10 minutes, so the idea that it would take him a week or more to generate a quote for something he said was a simple repair really never entered my mind at the time. I had a lot of water in my crawlspace and hired them to do an encapsulation for me. These guys did a great job. Josh, Kendall, and Sureek were extremely fast and clean. 10/10 would recommend to anyone.
Great experience from start to finish and solid quality of work, very happy with the price as well. Had a crawlspace fully encapsulated and very impressed with the craftsmanship and durability of materials. Tech was very informative during the quote process, workers on install day were courteous and thoughtful. The work was done very quickly. Thank you!
