Quick response, honest assessment, and not there just to charge you. We had Logan come out and look at our foundation, he was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and was very professional. Through the assessment we came to the conclusion that we did not need anything done at this point. He did not try and force us to do something that we didn’t need done just to charge us. We will 100% call when we do need to do something with our foundation.
First, I was put on the list to hold my spot in line essentially but it wasn't what I needed done. Second, young adults/teens show up with a crew lead. After the first night of them being there I went to the basement and there was water. They detached the water condensation line from the heater, but didn't put it anywhere for it to drain so there was a layer of water. I have been working with Premier for a few years now. I have been nothing but impressed from the start. Each time I work with them, their service gets better and better. Their work for us on basement enclosure has been fantastic! Logan, Steve and the rest of the team has been amazing.

I have used this company twice for our work needed at the condos. It involves some pretty extensive rebuild of our foundation areas. They are excellent to work with. The employees were very mindful of the property, worked efficiently, and also made sure to take any questions I had. Very knowledgeable in the work they’re doing. When the job was completed, they cleaned up the area, which is always very important that you don’t have to go back in pick up all the debris, etc..
