The crew did a great job on my basement. My family is happy that there is no longer a swimming pool under my home!
The two guys showed up on time and were extraordinary professional. They walked us through the entire process, asking if we had any questions. They worked hard and efficiently and finished when they said they would. The end result was amazing and we couldn’t be happier. We now have easy and clean access to our crawlspace and our old dirt Shute that was our old access point has been beautifully sealed up,
Quick response, honest assessment, and not there just to charge you. We had Logan come out and look at our foundation, he was very knowledgeable, explained everything clearly, and was very professional. Through the assessment we came to the conclusion that we did not need anything done at this point. He did not try and force us to do something that we didn’t need done just to charge us. We will 100% call when we do need to do something with our foundation.
First, I was put on the list to hold my spot in line essentially but it wasn't what I needed done. Second, young adults/teens show up with a crew lead. After the first night of them being there I went to the basement and there was water. They detached the water condensation line from the heater, but didn't put it anywhere for it to drain so there was a layer of water. I have been working with Premier for a few years now. I have been nothing but impressed from the start. Each time I work with them, their service gets better and better. Their work for us on basement enclosure has been fantastic! Logan, Steve and the rest of the team has been amazing.
