First, I was put on the list to hold my spot in line essentially but it wasn't what I needed done. Second, young adults/teens show up with a crew lead. After the first night of them being there I went to the basement and there was water. They detached the water condensation line from the heater, but didn't put it anywhere for it to drain so there was a layer of water. I have been working with Premier for a few years now. I have been nothing but impressed from the start. Each time I work with them, their service gets better and better. Their work for us on basement enclosure has been fantastic! Logan, Steve and the rest of the team has been amazing.

I have used this company twice for our work needed at the condos. It involves some pretty extensive rebuild of our foundation areas. They are excellent to work with. The employees were very mindful of the property, worked efficiently, and also made sure to take any questions I had. Very knowledgeable in the work they’re doing. When the job was completed, they cleaned up the area, which is always very important that you don’t have to go back in pick up all the debris, etc.. Just had our annual system inspection/service by Premier Basement Systems. Service Technician "Steven" was outstanding. He called with an ETA on the service date and was very personable and professional. Steven was extremely thorough in his inspection/adjustments of our system and he provided a detailed description of his work results. The work area was left very clean as well. Highly recommend PBS and thanks Steven for his awesome service!!
