Just had our annual system inspection/service by Premier Basement Systems. Service Technician "Steven" was outstanding. He called with an ETA on the service date and was very personable and professional. Steven was extremely thorough in his inspection/adjustments of our system and he provided a detailed description of his work results. The work area was left very clean as well. Highly recommend PBS and thanks Steven for his awesome service!!
Very pleased with my interactions with Premier Basement Systems from beginning to the end. Brandon sold me the new basement drainage system but he didn't end his relationship with me after the sale. He was in contact with me throughout the process and days after the completion. Recently, we discovered that a bedroom in our basement had two cracks in the walls. I was referred to Premier Basement Systems to come and assess the cracks. Logan scheduled a time, provided professional feedback and plan of attack to repair the cracks. All of the drywall hadn't been removed at the time Logan came to the house, and once it had been, I asked Logan to come back for a further assessment. Premier installed a CleanSpace Wall System in my basement garage in June 2025. They were the only company who proposed a reasonable solution to my leakage problem from my rock wall. From the initial visit, proposal, and installation, they were totally professional. Super job, excellent clean up, and I look forward to a dry garage with lifetime warranty even if the house is sold.
Awesome experience all around. Prompt, reliable, honest, hard working, and fair. Nice guys, too. Diagnosed and fixed my moldy crawl space, cheaper and better than remediation companies. Couldn't be happier with their service, totally would recommend them to friends and family.
