This past fall when it started raining, I had water in my basement. It was very stressful because I had to be on call any time it rained to mop up. These guys did a fabulous job on our 100+ year old house we purchased in Wallace. No problems since installation and so much more peace of mind not having to worry about the next rainstorm or winter runoff damaging the southern basement walls.
Second time I've called and not used them. They advertise Radon Mitigation but actually will only do it under "very" specific circumstances. Whatever that means. Finished basement? Forget it. Sounds like they only want the easy money. FYI they only seal basements from the inside. You should seal from the outside whenever possible otherwise you're trapping water in the foundation.
Shortly after I moved into a new home, I discovered a large pool of water in the basement. I identified it was coming from the concrete foundation and was at a loss where to turn.
