When I came in earlier today I witnessed a man getting agitated with the teller for simply doing her job and following company policy, from someone who handles these kinds of disgruntled customers every day, I have to say the team handled the situation amazingly! (Mind you, I am a POC)
$18 to cash a check from their bank is ridiculous. Then they wonder why you dont want to join their bank. Then when I question the charge the European teller wants to take the check and makes sure its not fake… very discriminatory practices and I would stay very far away from this bank if you are a POC
I've had horrible experience with this bank & location. The lady that works as bank teller has the WORST customer service I've ever seen and actually can't believe she still has a job there! Ever since I've bank there it's been problem after problem. Wish I never banked here!! Save yourself and go bank ANYWAY ELSE!

Eric was very helpful! He answered all of my questions and was straight forward with me. He didn't try offering anything I wasn't there for. I would highly recommend seeking Eric for any questions regarding loans.
