Premier Autoworks did an excellent job checking my vehicle out and giving it a good bill of health. Very professional service, check-in and pick up was easy. I will be a returning customer for as long as I have my vehicle.
Called to have my older Benz looked at because it had developed a misfire. They told me they probably couldn't do much until Thursday but if I dropped it off earlier they would take a look. They took a look on Tuesday and told me what they discovered and I also asked them to take care of a couple other items I forgot to mention. Both Shelton and the mechanic were professional, courteous, friendly & helpful. I was able to understand the issue with my vehicle and grateful for the options they provided. No pressure, no sales gimmick, no fear mongering; just down to earth conversations and great humor!
Very helpful when I called for information and again when I made an appointment. Price was half what the dealership quoted(they are ridiculous) and I like being able to pay from the text and also review the services. I will be using them for regular oil changes also. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
