Very happy with the service received from Allan in fixing an ongoing coolant leak I’d been having with my Golf R, along with performing a Stage 1 tune. Allan was great to communicate with throughout the multi-day job. I really appreciated the upfront pricing, and I’m loving the way the car has turned out after the repair and tune. I just wanted to say a big thank you for looking after my Audi Q8. I was already a bit desperate because I have to drive my daughter to her training at Pat Rafter Arena quite often, so being without my car was stressful. The team did a brilliant job. The service was professional, efficient, and they really helped me out when I needed it. I truly appreciate the care taken with my car and the great customer service.

Great experience with servicing our Golf. Allan and his team checked the car thoroughly, explained everything to us, gave great advice that helped us solve a long-standing problem with an EPC error. All for a better price than VW service, where last year I had a feeling I was almost bothering them. Definitely staying with Premier Autotune for future servicing.
Excellent servicing in regards to a sincere and thorough job. Alan serviced my car on Christmas Eve due to an urgent mishap with my car. He rectified and serviced my car bringing it back to be driven. Drives smooth uses good parts. This is the mechanic you want if you have a European car! He is knowledgeable and trustable.
