⭐ Very Disappointed I bought an SUV from Premier Auto in Levelland, and after only 1 week and 3 days, it messed up and had to be taken to the shop. I have now been making payments on this vehicle for 3 months, on time every month, plus paying insurance, while barely getting to drive the SUV I’m paying for. Anthony was AMAZING to work with when buying our vehicle. He was courteous and prompt when answering our questions and we had PLENTY! Bailey the finance manager had all of our paperwork ready when we arrived from out of town and everything was seamless and easy. By far the fastest and most friendly car buying experience. My mother bought an SUV from them. Hasn't even made her first payment and her AC went out. She is a widow who recently lost her husband and is on very limited income. She called to ask the dealership if they could do anything about it and they wouldn't. It's the least they could do for her after getting an SUV with full on rust at the top of her SUV and paint chips falling off when she drives.
