Anthony was AMAZING to work with when buying our vehicle. He was courteous and prompt when answering our questions and we had PLENTY! Bailey the finance manager had all of our paperwork ready when we arrived from out of town and everything was seamless and easy. By far the fastest and most friendly car buying experience. Will definitely use these guys again!
My mother bought an SUV from them. Hasn't even made her first payment and her AC went out. She is a widow who recently lost her husband and is on very limited income. She called to ask the dealership if they could do anything about it and they wouldn't. It's the least they could do for her after getting an SUV with full on rust at the top of her SUV and paint chips falling off when she drives. First time buyer from Premier and the whole experience was smooth and relatively quick! Michael was very helpful, wasn’t pushy like the dealership salesmen, and answered all questions we had. Bailey was also very professional and polite even including our daughter who is 4 in on the process which made it very entertaining for everyone. I would recommend any one looking for a solid used vehicle to check with Premier Auto!
So these idiots keep posting the same car over and over and when I called them about the car, it’s always sold but a month goes by. I see that same damn car listed on Facebook again and I call again. They don’t have it.
