This is the local automotive location I've been looking for most of my adult life: friendly and personalized service, great recommendations about proactive care of my vehicles, easy to schedule, great turnaround time. Probably a bit more expensive than one of the big box automotive chains, but absolutely worth it: they really do earn the word "premier" in their title
This is my second visit to PAS in 2 years, and once again I am beyond pleased with the service they provided me. They are expert mechanics and 100% honest! Twice, now, they could have told me my issue was more serious than it was, but did not. In fact, this last appointment I was not charged at all because it was a simple error on my part. Needed to find auto repair close to home. Premiers good reviews led me to call for an appt. I spoke w Paula who was able to fit me in same day. Was able to wait and belt change was done. Also advised me of other issues they saw but with no pressure. Happy to find a local repair shop.
Sar and crew are top notch! Very knowledgeable about all makes and models. And above all else, very honest! I highly recommend PAS for any automotive issues.
Service advisor did not inform of extra charges for minor checks on our vehicle.
