I literally deleted my other negative post!!! Long story short, l had gone to another shop. They couldn't fix the issue. They called and said they weren't equipped, but said they knew someone who was, and took my SUV for me.......omg when l found out who l was taken aback. The moral of this tale, not only did they fix the matter, they went above!!! I have been telling anyone who listens if they need a repair, go to Premier in Parkesburg!!!!

Always professional and courteous. Timely service. They are honest. They NEVER add unnecessary charges or tell you you need unnecessary work.
Everyone was so friendly, took my wife's subaru in for inspection, Chris was very transparent on everything that needed to be handled (not much thankfully). No pushing, no mess, just an honest mechanic shop!
