The folks here did a terrific job fixing the errors of a previous technician and getting our RV back on the road. The professional team at Premier was also very sensitive to our tight schedule and prioritized our job. They're now our go-to shop in Ohio!
At the beginning of 2024, my wife and I bought a new-to-us bunkhouse camper to better fit our kids. Unfortunately on our first trip out, the original fridge (2017) stopped working. Having heard the same stories about the service at big name dealerships, I did some research and found Premier. We were traveling through Ohio and developed a problem with our travel trailer. Called and they fit us in their busy schedule and we were on the road in a couple of hours. They were friendly, efficient, and very reasonable. Couldn't have asked for a nicer crew.

George and his team did an outstanding job diagnosing an electrical problem and battery issue that we had on our 2013 Fleetwood Tioga Ranger. We changed batteries out but were still having having trouble with the battery draining. George did a thorough diagnosis and was able to Work through the issue. His communication throughout the entire process was top shelf. He definitely puts the client first. Highly recommend these guys.
