Top notch service. Had a issue with my new tires, bought them and had them installed by a tire shop, went home and the next day my dashboard was lit up. Turns Out that a connection was bent, this is my wife's car and it's a luxury car so although I was highly upset that the car was not a concern for the tire shop I was sure that Premier could help. They worked on my behalf to help with the high cost and did give me a break on the total. No more business for that tire shop for me, at all. Premier got me straight and with the ... read more

This place continues to NOT take ownership of the mess ups they created, you did not offer any solutions to the issue we had, and when we reached out each time you continued to ignore us, and it doesn’t look like we’re the only ones you screwed over according to the news article of you being sued. The only place I trust for my car. Just bought a new car and they looked over it for me same day to make sure everything is good and gave me a very quick tire rotation. Really shows they care about every customer who comes through the door!
