The cars that they sell must come from an auto auction. And they must not be inspected. I bought my son a 2013 Ford Fusion. I drove 21/2 hours on the assurance that the car was in good running condition. Before we got the car home the tire pressure sensor failure light came on. The dealer did pay for a new part, but I have to try and change it. More than likely the dealer cleared the light. Bought a 2013 Ford fusion. Within days the tire pressure sensor faulted out and the rear differential went on the vehicle. Costing me $1400 out of pocket. Have already filed a formal complaint with the BBB in both wisconsin and Illinois. Will most likely be pursuing legal action as well. Beware of people like this.
I would give them 0 stars if i could. My husband and I bought a 2013 Ford Fusion Titanimum for 7100. We currently need to put over 2000 now for issues with the vehicle...and that's all we know now. Issues include rear differential, trie pressure sensor light warning, cut out seat belt, faulty back up cam, navigation card issues etc. Court is the next step.

They sold me a car without the coolant reservoir and an oil leak. I replaced the front and back brakes. My ball joint, axle, and control arms snapped. Parts of my splash shield and fender liner fell off on the expressway. This all happened within 3 months of owning the vehicle. Update: I’ve recently got the car inspected. I replaced my radiator, replaced my ball joint and wheel bearing for the front right wheel, replaced my drive belt, and had to get new cabin and air filters.
