I've never seen them mixed by hand at the old store but they came and lasered the side of my vehicle and Wilmer came out and mixed my cans of paint by hand and I test sprayed on my old bumper and you cannot tell the difference between the factory coat and the paint I bought from them. I didn't put any enamel over it or anything and it still looks really good so I am happy $30 a can is expensive but worth it for an exact match
