I don’t write bad reviews but this customer service experience was absolutely something to note. I called this business and I was greeted very rudely from the get go, I don’t believe English is a strong language for this woman but she was yelling at me like I was disturbing her. I asked her politely to not be so disrespectful with her tone of voice that I simply would like to do business with you and I was requesting a price of some sandpaper.
