Took my 2010 F-350 SD 6.4 Diesel to Premier when my A/C went out. They quickly analyzed the issue and determined it was an idler pulley that went bad. They ordered parts (and changed both main belts and 3 idler pulleys as they were all old) and made repairs next day. All good ! People there are great and the work they did was also great !
Staff was courteous, pleasant and efficient. Got a scheduled appt within 24 hrs of request. Diagnostics and repairs completed same day within 4 hours. Diagnostics explained in detail, no hard sales pitch.
They are very professional, explained what was needed and how much it would cost. They also provided me a ride home because they needed to keep the car to complete all the work. Very reasonable prices for the work.
What a great group! Everyone is always so enthusiastic and happy.
Recently we have experienced flat tires in 2 of our cars. (Most likely due to construction in our neighborhood.). Thank goodness we live close to Premier Auto Service Center. Both times they were quick to get us in and do the tire repair. We appreciate their service.
