After reading the reviews, this company should be shut down. They have taken advantage of several people. They got away with $983 for a transmission that doesn't work!!
I bought a transmission from premier with a warranty for $983 for a 2001 Toyota Avalon almost two months ago. The transmission doesn't work. The diagnostic report showed the speed sensor and solenoid shift A for codes. Called the warranty department, they stated that it only covers slipping and shifting of the transmission itself, which they stated was discussed before purchase. Zero stars if I could. DO NOT USE. Lied about milage on an engine and sent it incomplete after stating multiple times it was. Fraud!!!!!! Will not give a refund. Wasted thousands of dollars. LIARS!!!
⭐ 0 Stars (If That Were an Option) If I could give zero stars, I would. This is an absolutely terrible company. Do not use them. They lie about their products. Nothing is “meticulously tested,” nothing is “Grade A,” and their inspection claims are simply not true. I received an engine that was severely sludged with a stretched timing chain. Prior to installation, oil flow was verified, valves, sensors, spark plugs were replaced, and the engine was cranked to confirm the timing chain was on the teeth. There was no way to k... read more
