This is the best shop I’ve been to in years. I’m new to the NOVA area, but they are the best shop I’ve been to between ID, WA, and FL where I lived previously. They are up front, communicate efficiently, and get work done on time. I really felt they care about customer service and I almost get that family feel working with them. Went in to have my spare tire hoist replaced, I was told it would take 2 hrs, they finish in less than 2 hrs. Nice clean waiting area, office staff and owner very nice and let me know everything in advance and the cost. The replacement was much less then what the dealer wanted. They did an excellent job, thank you.
