First: Primo owner and mechanic is the most honest mechanic that I have had the privilege in meeting. Second: I took my Range Rover due to check engine light came on. He did a diagnostic and found what the issue was. I had several issues, he recommended to start off with the simple matters and that might correct the other faults that were coming up. Primo has been taking care of our vehicles for around 4 years now and has always done a really good job. We won't take our vehicles anywhere else if we can help it.
Best plase to take your car. Very anise person. You save money .
They didn't have a negative star category so I had to give them 1 star. The reason is because they have my truck and "been working on it" since February 2024. I putting the year just in case I don't get back until next year. My level of satisfaction is equal to that of a Titanic passenger. Will post again after return of vehicle so I can rate quality of work.
We’ve taken our vehicles here for YEARS. Premier has always done honesty and fantastic work. Unfortunately we ended up having to take a car to a big shop (time and location constraint) and we were quickly reminded why we go out of our way to get to Primo’s. Lesson learned. You just can’t beat the work quality and low cost of Premier.
