They responded quickly (30min), called when the installer was on the way, were courteous and thorough and explained the process, gave me some guidance on another car that has a lot of sensors, and left a clean, well-executed job.
Excellent experience with this company. I had a quarter size chip on my windshield and I called to schedule a repair. They came to my job location within the hour after the call. Marcos, the tech, was friendly and did outstanding work. The repair took about 20 minutes and the results was way better than I expected. I had experience with a chip windshield in a previous car which was repaired by a nation wide glass company. Their price and work did not come nowhere close to Premier Auto Glass. I definitely would recommend!!
They were fast and courteous. They explained everything they were doing while I waited to have the window replaced. The truck needed a camera calibration but could not be done that day due to rain and they came to the house next day to calibrate it. I was very happy with the work and how accommodating they were.
Best place ANYWHERE to get your glass replaced!! Polite, professional and the absolute most fair & reasonable prices! Premier Glass employees are upfront and honest, which sadly I’ve learned is a rarity in this business sector, as 4 other companies tried taking advantage of me by a LOT more money…yes, even one of the well-known glass replacement companies tried charging me more than double!!! They did an excellent job replacing a glass window for me. They were at my door and finished within 90 minutes. Incredibly fast and great service!!! I paid a little more for it but it was well worth it. Make sure you ask for Ed for best pricing and availability. Thank you again!!
