Ceramic is beautiful just a shame you failed to clip the hood pins in properly and they scratched the front bumper and chipped the paint. Then proceeded to blame the car owner and state that no matter how you put the pins in they would fall out. Take pictures of your vehicle prior to letting them work on it as they will claim no responsibility.
