I purchased a groupon for a detail and called to schedule the appointment. The didn't have any appointments available for a month and a half. I booked the appointment and was told that the appointment would take about two hours. When I arrived for the appointment I was told it would take about 3 1/2. I was frustrated but what could I do. Gifted this to my boyfriend for our anniversary & while at the shop, Premier Detail damaged the exterior of his car: they hit the left front bumper - left HUGE scrapes, which removed a lot of paint, broke the front light & then rudely denied it. The shop apparently had pushed out the dent, polished the huge scrapes & claimed it was there beforehand. My boyfriend has pictures of the car beforehand with NO damage.
