I had an extremely uncomfortable and unprofessional experience when picking up my car. After nearly two weeks of delays and poor communication, I arrived on the day the manager, DJ, told me I could pick up my vehicle. His demeanor was visibly irritated, and he spoke impatiently to both a coworker and to me.
