My car went here for a peeling paint issue, paid by Toyota. Before they got my car I asked Raymond, after confirming the mode, color, and VIN that they call me to discuss any potential improvements that would not be paid for by Toyota. I left them alone hoping for responsible behavior. After two weeks I was told that the car was ready. I spoke with Raymond and asked for an update in their findings. Very friendly, and they do a great job
I have had the unfortunate luck of having multiple vehicles in need of repair. However, these guys knock it out of the park every time I’ve never had any bad issues with them. They have always been upfront straight to the point and told me straight out what it’s going to be in order to get things fixed and get things done. They truly are greats admits the auto body repair industry.
