The friendly quality down to earth staff are amazing! Truly provide service with a smile, and think of the customer as a person and not a financial number. Jenn the front desk gal is one of a kind when it comes to representing the business! She deserves extra kudos from the boss! A corporate controlled nightmare. They’ve estimated the damage to my (totaled) vehicle, but have been holding me in purgatory because it “has to go to corporate first for review”. 48 hours of waiting for corporate which will bleed over to the weekend. Do not let your insurance drop your car off here.
These guys are true champs. My car was supposed to be ready on 05/15. When it wasnt ready and I needed to leave the state for work they didn't hesitate to get me a comparable rental car. I haven't even seen the work but would highly recommend just based on the customer service. You guys are awesome.
