The owner seems like a good person and the service is generally okay, but I had a disappointing experience. One worker took my wheel lock key and claimed it was returned, which was not true. I confirmed it was missing after I got the car back. Unfortunately, the issue was not resolved. Better supervision of staff is needed.
I was excited to bring my car here, as they seem to be the only shop in Calgary with salvage inspection data for my 80s Honda Civic. The staff seemed excited about the car when I brought it in which felt like a good sign. Now that they have the vehicle every time I call I am either ignored, told I will be called back (which never happens) or told there should be some kind of progress in a week or so. We visited Premiere auto body recently, and we worked with Elias. The shop did over and above work on our vehicle and did an excellent job. I couldn’t have asked for better service. In the future, any repairs to our vehicle will be done at Premiere Auto Body. We highly recommend it.
