I had a very disappointing experience with this company. I booked a car for prom a week in advance and paid in full. My mom and I stayed in consistent communication with them leading up to the event, and we were assured everything was set. However, the day before prom, they suddenly canceled and told us they no longer had the car available—after already taking our payment.
