They falsely advertise that they have a Mercedes C300 with a V10 engine. They don't. So I had to pick a different vehicle. I picked a Audi. After I added collision to my insurance and paid for the rental, they never sent me the information to pick up the vehicle. I Tried to call and nobody will answer. I've sent text messages to the phone numbers that they were texting me from and nobody has responded. Don't rent from them. They are a scam.
