I would NOT EVER recommend Premier Automotive and Customs in Culpeper, VA. I trusted ACE and KENNY with my Ford F-150 after being referred to them, drove an hour each way, only to waste thousands of dollars and months of my time. I paid over $2,000 for timing chain work, but 6 months later the truck is STILL not fixed. The check engine light is still coming on with the same crankshaft/camshaft timing codes. I found Premier Auto after searching online and seeing all the great reviews, and they definitely lived up to them. Everyone was friendly, the pricing was fair, and they got me in the same day which was a HUGE relief. They explained everything clearly and never made me feel pressured. Just good honest people that did great work. It’s hard to find an auto shop you can truly trust, but they really feel like one of those places. I’ll absolutely be back and recommending them.
Needed our odyssey inspected at the same time as a big snow storm was coming. Ace got us in, inspected, and parts ordered faster than expected. Kept us informed the whole way, friendly, and price was reasonable. Highly recommend premier for car repairs and needs
My daughter had a minor accident. Bumper was ruined and needed to be replaced. Got a few quotes and Premier was the best. Ofcourse, concerned about quality and time, but once the parts were received they finished in one day* and the job is perfect ! If you want a great price, great work/quality and efficiency than premier is who I recommend. They are my #1 go to for anything custom and autobody now. I just want to say wow, these guys are great. I had my 96 Cobra in for new Gears, Axles, Exhaust, Wheels, Clutch and Flywheel. They did amazing work and it looks tight! If you need some premier service from people that know what they are doing this is the shop. Not to mention they love mustangs just like me. Thanks for everything A++ service. Car has 315/35 on rear and spacing is perfect. I am super impressed with this team and will be bringing other hot rods to the shop soon.
