I'm not sure why this place isn't packed! It specializes in strength and conditioning for youth sports (softball, baseball, football, etc.) But it has similar quipment as the chain gyms. My favorite pieces of equipment are the Rogue multi-grip bar, the back squat safety bar, and the Trap/her bars. I mostly use it as an open gym with an occasional private session for Olympic lifting. Other than myself and the football teams, the free weight racks don't get much use.

This a great facility! A much needed business for Suffolk. James does an outstanding job! My son is a baseball player and went there for conditioning. He learned a lot from James about proper conditioning for improving physical performance and how to take care of his body. I highly recommend this place, especially for any young athletes.
