I felt completely taken care of from start to finish. This was my 3rd surgery in 2 years - 2nd one at this location with Dr. Monaco, and this experience was by far the best. Alex was extremely considerate of my fear of getting a nerve block and he did mine with gentleness and expertise I didn't know was possible - I hardly felt a thing. Dr. Monaco checked in before the surgery and assured me they'd take care of me, and he was right, including my nurses - an extra special thank you to Christy!
Worst experience ever. They refused to help me get my extensive medical history in their portal. It took several hours to get it finished, taking away time I needed to prepare for surgery, then they cancelled the surgery one business day before it was scheduled. They didn't even bother to tell me themselves and I found out from my doctor's office. I am in excruciating pain and now have to wait several more weeks to get it done. I would give them zero stars if I could.
They do not listen to patients. The nurse said she did not want to take time to document my chart because she's in a hurry. They put patients at risk in their rush. They made a mistake and lied about what procedure was being done. When I questioned it on day of surgery and afterward, they continued to lie saying it's just a billing code. It's not a billing code.
