Worst experience ever. They refused to help me get my extensive medical history in their portal. It took several hours to get it finished, taking away time I needed to prepare for surgery, then they cancelled the surgery one business day before it was scheduled. They didn't even bother to tell me themselves and I found out from my doctor's office. I am in excruciating pain and now have to wait several more weeks to get it done. I would give them zero stars if I could.
They do not listen to patients. The nurse said she did not want to take time to document my chart because she's in a hurry. They put patients at risk in their rush. They made a mistake and lied about what procedure was being done. When I questioned it on day of surgery and afterward, they continued to lie saying it's just a billing code. It's not a billing code. It's a completely different procedure. They are dropped by Medicaid due to their financial practices. The billing line rings off the hook and front desk even says no... read more
