Our manager, Orly, has been by far the best manager this association has had in the 7+ years I have lived here. He is attentive, responsive, and most importantly, assertive when needed. Kudos to Orly and the rest of the Premier staff who support him. The change from our previous management company to Premier has been a refreshing change of pace, and has reaffirmed many times over, that we made the right decision in contracting Premier Association Services to manage our association. The association is Basic, looks like it is understaffed, no proper tech or software support fr owners and not well organized since they cannot properly account for HOA payments made, they do not have timely replies to financial and payment inquiries. Communication with residents and Owners of the managed condo is poor and unreliable. I requested info on how to enter their portal and received a scanned printed document with all the links for me to manually type into the browser ( can you believe that in 20205 they do not even... read more
Contacted the association to help resolve a leak coming from a neighbor's condo unit above. Called 4 times and sent several emails. No help contacting the owner upstairs after 5 days. Had to personally dig up the owner's contact informtion to get the repair addressed.
Took care of my problems. Really quick and effective..
