Found Premier online and needed assistance with a family members estate. I had a lot of questions about the process to which Adam was very patient and knowledgeable. He was very professional and guided me throughout the process with ease. Highly recommended.
Allow me to inform you what you get for $700 when you hire this place for an evaluation on an older home with no mortgage: an argument 3 evaluations, by 3 separate appraisers and Premiers was the lowest by $200k. I just gave $700 of my money to start an argument with me. And after calling to speak ARGUEMENTATIVE, MYSOGONISTS, NOT FRIENDLY, LOWEST EVALUATIONS The 2 one star reviews showing regret and felt lowballed are accurate. Save your money and sanity from condescending right fighting behaviour.
I worked with Adam. He was very knowledgeable and and really helped me understand the process. Went above what was needed and we got our appraisal quickly.
