Dustin, Owen, and receptionist were beyond excellent. They called ahead and repaired our microwave/convection oven as planned including ordering parts. Their professionalism and actual repair were great. Highly recommend.
This was a fantastic experience. The technician has been doing this for 30 years and was very knowledgeable and efficient. Explained everything. Gave me options as far as what to repair, how much to repair, versus buying new. He was very pleasant. Brought drop cloths. Arrived early. He fixed several complex problems on my digital GE oven. He was neat and kept his area tidy. A delight all the way around.

Milton is an outstanding Service Tech, experienced in the electrical as well as the mechanical in repairing the dishwasher.
