Don’t bother calling - these people are rude on the phone. Were incredibly out off and annoyed with my questions from the start, and dismissive entirely of the fact that I didn’t know exactly what is wrong with our fridge, but COULD be the compressor. Don’t bother calling them, unless unbridled attitude is something you’re ok with.
I had an excellent experience with Premier Appliance Repair. I called and spoke with Vicky, who was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. She informed me that my refrigerator was still under warranty and guided me to contact the manufacturer, saving me a significant amount of money. It’s rare to find such integrity and commitment to customer service. I highly recommend Premier Appliance Repair for their outstanding ethics and support! Five stars!
