WORST COMPANY EVER. Literally took our cooktop apart, said they were ordering parts, never did, and then when I called back to resolve, told me there was no ticket and the parts had never been ordered. Referred me back to GE to start all over again despite the fact they'd already left me with a non-working appliance! Then hung up on me when I got upset. This company should not be in business. Let alone representing GE. Absolutely appalling. Avoid at all costs.
