Been with them since 2011 so I went to them to refi my auto loan. One of the reviews on here says it was easy and hassle free experience for them but unfortunately not for me. The guy who initially helped me complete the application was great and helpful. Unfortunately, after him the experience was unorganized, miscommunicated and took over a week (when the initial guy told me I would hear by that afternoon). Was truly not impressed and since what I told my payments would be initially did not match what they told me later...... read more
