I started working with Premier about a year and a half ago, and they make routine bloodwork incredibly simple to manage. The team is responsive and communicative regarding my entire plan of care. The best part is the convenience—placing orders is seamless. As someone constantly on work calls or running around, being able to just send a text to get things done is a total game changer. Oh, and I love their tee shirts - perfect for the gym! LOL
I gave this clinic $675 I did not receive services as they were originally laid out and I am extremely unhappy with this clinic. It seems that appointments with providers to discuss treatment plans are once a week, in the middle of the work day. This amongst other issues I have had with this clinic, I feel, is very unprofessional. I had one phone call with a PA and 2 pieces of paper with lad results. This has been one of the most unprofessional experiences I’ve ever had. I began communication in June and paid $400 for product I never received, plus $225 for testing that took three weeks just to review, and another $100 for a consultation that was met with a poor attitude rather than professionalism. Communication was terrible, follow-through was nonexistent, and the entire experience felt misleading and disrespectful. I would strongly caution others before doing business with this company.
